Hopefully Jasper is no longer doing business. After paying a 75% deposit and getting nothing but excuses then no reply, I gave up 5 months later and contacted Fair Trading to eventually get my money back (I was one of many). On the upside, I’d give Fair Trading 5 stars.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! UNRELIABLE NO COMMUNICATION FULL OF EXCUSES TAKES DEPOSITS BUT WILL IGNORE YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY I paid a 50% deposit for 3 garage remotes in December. It is now March and I have requested a refund due to the service taking too long and the business owner lacks in communication so he doesn't tell you what's going on. It's not my problem that your Ute got crashed into so you have to dedicate a day to find your supplies. FULL OF EXCUSES! Pick your game up Jasper.
