Not reliable and unprofessional. Had my garage flooring done this past December. Have had issues with the flooring and been attempting to have it rectified under the guaranteed warranty. Called the company to have someone come out and take a look at the flooring after completing the warranty request online. Received a call from someone who stated they would come to the house on a specific date/time which happened to be during work hours. I could not be more satisfied with the finished product. The crew was polite and professional with great attention to detail and quality. They had to hand grind a couple of areas to ensure a level and well prepared base. They kept me well informed of progress and next steps and completed the project in the timeframe promised.
Did a great job. showed up on time. kept us informed every step of the way. were clean and neat and cared about the quality of job they were doing. Everyone spoke English and was easy to communicate with what we were expecting.
