Tim and The Garage are not your typical trainer and gym. So much better! I've been in and out of gyms and tried a handful of trainers over the last 20 years. For the first time I feel like this is something I actually want to stick with. Each session is customized for me. I'm still new and still learning, but Tim is patient and always thoroughly explains what I'm doing and where I should feel it. Brain-muscle connection! Highly recommend.
Great work out for a great price. Any age, any physical shape they will give you a great work out.
I can't say enough about Tim and The Garage. From my first visit, til my third, I have leaned more about my body and eating habits than the years at other places. Tim takes his time, personalized everything to me and my career. I highly recommend his personal training. I'm there 2 days a week now and after just 3 visits, I'm ready for more. No cookie cutter fitness here. Looking forward to the Barre work in the next week or so. Give him a try. Tim puts the person in personal trainer!
Such a wonderful experience the ladies group is amazing!!! From beginner's to advance it doesn't matter where you are at in your healthy lifestyles this facility makes you feel very comfortable. Hands down best gym out there ladies and gentlemen!!
