I had an excellent experience with The Garage Door Depot service department. They were easy to talk to, realistic about costs, and—most importantly—honest. The technician who came to my home was able to repair my garage door after a previous company could not. The technician was prompt and seemed thorough. Could not sort out what was wrong with the door however. It continued to open after it had been closed for no reason-almost like a sensor was glitching or something. We had the tech back when the door continued to open after being closed and then we were provided with a quote to replace the garage door opener with a new system. Very quick turnaround. They had the door I needed in stock. Installer was on time and did a fantastic job.
The springs on our garage door broke and the door was too heavy to lift by hand. The Garage Door Depot was able to come within 24 hours and repair it. They did a fine job, at a reasonable price. Thanks.
