Update a year later: Sean came to adjust our door after we installed a new epoxy floor. Still 100% satisfied. These guys are awesome. He spent 50 min making sure everything was well adjusted and still working as expected. Extremely happy with our new door! Calvin, the owner (I believe he is the owner?) was extremely helpful when we went to their store to see the products. Romero was our salesperson and he was extremely nice and responsive. The service representative was exceptional! He diagnosed and repaired the problem then serviced all three doors and gave advice, all in an hour!
I wasted both my time and money here. The quality was awful, and the attitude , really disappointed response.
Very knowledgeable and professional service. I only picked up weatherstripping for my garage door and they were able to assist me with the products I needed even though I was not sure of the door manufacturer. Would recommend 100%.
