The visit from the estimator, he was very friendly, explained everything very clearly and sent me the estimate very quickly. The product was very good and the fitters were very efficient and left the site clean and tidy. Overall a very good experience.
We had a new garage door fitted at our Block of Flats. Only 2 fobs were initially provided so we couldn't use the door properly. A week or so later we were provided with a further 7, I believe, between 8 flats. Basically, just one fob per flat and one spare. Not very satisfactory. They have been in touch but advised me that we would have to pay for a second fob.
