Went back yet again as it was maybe “till-death-do-us-part” time for my old, beloved vehicle that he has serviced for 2,decades! I had hoped to repair it, but once again, Howard’s counsel was that the cost of the repair would not be the best option. So rather than improve HIS bottom line, he advised in favor of what was in MY best interest. We put this vehicle out of its misery. And he saved me the cost of a big repair. I have been taking my car to The Garage in Burlingame since just before the pandemic. I cannot say enough about them. Everyone I have come across there is not only professional and competent, but friendly and caring. The way they treat each customer (me included) - and each other - says it all.

Very professional and kept me in the loop and not giving me no bs and showed me proof of what they fixed and the customer service is amazing I will bring my car back to them. I trust them.

Great experience at The Garage. They took pictures of all their findings, indicated what was good, what we need to watch, what needed to be replaced, and what was critical. I also really appreciated being able to make an appointment, confirm or deny the suggested work, and pay all online. They made it an effortless process and they made an effort to get my car back quickly.
