Went back again after several months, and once again service remains EXCELLENT. They solve problems! Sticking with this place till death do us part! This auto shop is the BEST! They’re honest & do repairs and oil changes in a timely manner. The shop is spotless! The owner, Howard, NEVER recommends unnecessary repairs until or unless they’re needed. Great service. I got my family’s car towed to their shop and assessed. They sent me a copy of the work order which showed pictures of the diagnosed car parts that may have caused the issues, and a list of recommended repairs. The transaction was done remotely (including payment) until pick up of car. The remote process made it non-invasive to my schedule - which I personally appreciated. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the only company that provided top-notch service. They contacted my insurance company very quickly and agreed on covering the repairs (no one else could clearly explain to my insurance company what was wrong with my car and what repairs were needed). These guys did the job quickly and efficiently. I would like to especially mention the office manager! Very professional and trustworthy. They send pictures of any findings (leaks, etc.) and do not attempt to "up-sale" you on additional repairs. Pricing is very reasonable.
