I had some bodywork done on my wife’s car here. The service was top notch and the repair work was perfect. To the handing of my rental car, and daily communication of progress. I’ll never bring my car anywhere else.
Great customer service. Fast and friendly service. I will for sure be returning should the need arise. I had been hearing a strange sound coming from my cars engine. I called The Garage and they told me just to stop by, no appointment. Ernie came out to take a look and advised that it would be best to schedule a diagnostic. So I went inside to do so and to my surprise I was able to leave my car the same day and to my even greater surprise they had fixed my issue by the next day! (I needed a new water pump) Highly recommend!
Outstanding service from the team! Elissa (forgive my spelling) and Howard were the two people I worked with, and they were super helpful. They informed me that my car was covered under warranty through the dealership and made sure to get things handled smoothly. Although they didn't work on my car, they made sure the experience was great anyways! This alone earned my trust.
My 2004 Honda Element broke down on a work trip nearby. I was able to make an appointment easily. Howard was very kind and told me he had owned Elements too, which was reassuring. The repairs needed were too extensive to wait around for, but Howard and his team were very communicative about what needed to be done and when I could expect them to finish.
