Our auto repair shop is ASE Master Certified and our auto body shop is Diamond Certified. You can count on the same great service and care here in Burlingame. Very professional and kept me in the loop and not giving me no bs and showed me proof of what they fixed and the customer service is amazing I will bring my car back to them. I trust them.
Great experience at The Garage. They took pictures of all their findings, indicated what was good, what we need to watch, what needed to be replaced, and what was critical. I also really appreciated being able to make an appointment, confirm or deny the suggested work, and pay all online. They made it an effortless process and they made an effort to get my car back quickly.
Went back again after several months, and once again service remains EXCELLENT. They solve problems! Sticking with this place till death do us part! This auto shop is the BEST! They’re honest & do repairs and oil changes in a timely manner. The shop is spotless! The owner, Howard, NEVER recommends unnecessary repairs until or unless they’re needed. Great service. I got my family’s car towed to their shop and assessed. They sent me a copy of the work order which showed pictures of the diagnosed car parts that may have caused the issues, and a list of recommended repairs. The transaction was done remotely (including payment) until pick up of car. The remote process made it non-invasive to my schedule - which I personally appreciated.
