Our auto repair shop is ASE Master Certified and our auto body shop is Diamond Certified. You can count on the same great service and care here in Burlingame. Great service. I got my family’s car towed to their shop and assessed. They sent me a copy of the work order which showed pictures of the diagnosed car parts that may have caused the issues, and a list of recommended repairs. The transaction was done remotely (including payment) until pick up of car. The remote process made it non-invasive to my schedule - which I personally appreciated. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the only company that provided top-notch service. They contacted my insurance company very quickly and agreed on covering the repairs (no one else could clearly explain to my insurance company what was wrong with my car and what repairs were needed). These guys did the job quickly and efficiently. I would like to especially mention the office manager! Very professional and trustworthy. They send pictures of any findings (leaks, etc.) and do not attempt to "up-sale" you on additional repairs. Pricing is very reasonable.

This shop will overcharge you. I drive a 2019 Toyota Corolla and was initially quoted $4400 to fix a leaking slave cylinder for my clutch. When I said that was way too high, they said ok we can do it for $3600, and when I said that was still too high, they said we can do it for $3200. It was very disconcerting that they were willing to adjust their price $1200 dollars in the span of a few minutes during a single conversation.
