I paid 15k for a cam package and trans rebuild, i had trouble with the shifter not going into gear properly I got underneath and realised the shifter linkage was completely loose and not been done up at all, the alternator loom was resting on the crank pulley and had melted away every time the car ran, I sent photos to him he claimed it was meant to be there and the loom was just old, I have since removed my engine and one of the engine mount bolts was cross threaded, I also have a rear main leak, I’ve driven the car twice s... read more
