My engine blew on a day trip to Ottawa during Christmas break. Jeremy was helpful and kind and charged me a very fair price to tow my car to his shop on a Friday night during the holidays. I expected it would be very expensive. He then worked with the manufacturer to try to get the issue covered at no charge to me other than removing, photographing, and replacing parts for the manufacturer to assess. I worked for free at this location for 6 months As a high-school co-op. Years later I brought my car in to have it inspected for a safety. I received no updates about the status of my car. And any phone calls I made were dismissed. “We’re still looking at it” I waited approximately 4 months before the owner (the same man I worked for) finally admitted that he hadn’t done anything to my car.
