I've brought my car to this shop for the last few years. It runs great and I receive great service, the staff is very friendly and helpful! They answer all your questions, appointments run on time, and they are very fair with pricing and the work they recommend. Great BMW shop with BMW trained techs (minus the hefty dealer tag), but they work on all types of vehicles. Would recommend if you need service on your vehicle or a second opinion.
This is how I picked up my car from their shop. I drove 5 minutes home, and I noticed that something was dragging at the bottom of my car. There is a hose straight up DRAGGING all the way to the ground. They changed my brakes. And after, they took my car for a “test drive”. So, you just had this hose dragging the entire time you were test driving and you didn’t notice? How much damage that wasn’t there before did you cause? And now my car is leaking.
