I ordered a 10x6 cattle trailer and was regularly kept up to date with when it was going to be ready etc, and they were always happy and quick to take my calls! I live in tas so they organised for it to come over on the boat. Which once it was ready got sent over the next day!!! A few dust caps came off the wheels whilst they were taking it to the boat and they posted me some replacements with extra to spare!
