I hired this law firm with high expectations based on their reputation and positive reviews, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. What was presented as a straightforward case turned into two and half years with lack of communication and lack of urgency. I had to personally step in and do the follow up work with my own health insurance provider-something the firm failed to do until the very end. Overall, I am pleased with assistance, support and settlement I received from the Crash Team. I was able to get the medical and chiropractic treatment I needed after dealing with all the stress with the accident & total of my vehicle. I hired the Crash Team after being in a head-on (not at fault) collision. They worked diligently from day one to make sure I received the treatment I needed. They were able to get my car’s full value as it was totaled. They went above and beyond to make sure my injury settlement was appropriate for the injuries sustained, damages, and costs incurred. Hopefully I will never need an injury attorney again, but if I do they will be the first ones I call.
