The Apt complex is running a quick money ripoff on the visitors to the complex! They have only two Vistor parking and they don’t provide anything else like a visitors parking label to there residents. You get towed and have to pay three hundred dollars to get it back! Plus they raised their residents rent by two hundred dollars! That’s fine if they choose to pay that kind of rent but as a vistor this is unacceptable!

Although you do not indicate which property you are referring to, all of our Delaware properties have more than 2 visitor parking spaces. We have to have parking rules in place to keep others who are not residents or guests from using our lots or dumping their unwanted cars.
My family moved out of the Galman Group’s, Ambler Crossing Apartments almost 1yr ago, and after they tried to keep our 2 security deposits, we took THEM to court, and needless to say, after almost a year this million dollar corporation has still not abided by the court order and returned our $2,200.00. They are disgraceful and need to be held accountable for basically stealing their residents hard earned after they decide to move on from them.

We are appealing the the judgment against us because one deposit was credited to her account before vacate. This is an open case in the court of common pleas.
