Haylee Rain is amazing!!
If you're in need of a transformation or just a touch up this is the perfect place. Great ambiance. There is a beautiful curved staircase that greets you and then you get seated with a view of the waterfront. While there you will be tended to by artists. The stylists are always toning their skills and keep up with trends I always see Ralph for my hair cut and color. I've trusted him with my hair for over 20 years. I have been seeing Halie Rain for a HOOTT Minute okay? And I just love and adore her thoughtfulness and really working with me through my blonde era to caramel to whatever else I decide to change up. She is so patient and kind, definitely one of a kind person. I would highly recommend going to her and experiencing such a wonderful person. 11/10!! (Current photo does not do justice but I am no photographer lol)
