I have been seeing Halie Rain for a HOOTT Minute okay? And I just love and adore her thoughtfulness and really working with me through my blonde era to caramel to whatever else I decide to change up. She is so patient and kind, definitely one of a kind person. I would highly recommend going to her and experiencing such a wonderful person. 11/10!! My first and worst experience at a salon. I asked for a light brown peekaboo from Sandra and she damaged my hair so badly that my hair was breaking off and falling out after she bleached it. It wasn't even brown at all and I left with orange/yellow uneven hair. Then blamed me because my hair needed “tlc”. Was really rough washing the bleach out my hair and very unprofessional. Pushed my appointment time twice and was 30 mins late on top of it and didn’t push her next appointment. I didn’t ask her to fix it as I was really up... read more
