I recently visited The Gallery for an eyebrow wax and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Shortly after the service, the treated area turned into a wound. It appears the wax was either too hot or improperly applied, causing significant skin damage. When I reached out to let them know what happened and even shared a photo, the manager called me back—not to apologize or take accountability—but to blame my skincare routine and medication (neither of which have changed). Really impressive salon. I had an experience at another salon that left my hair a mess, and Emmy rescued me they were all so kind and transparent about everything. All the ladies here are awesome. The salon is beautiful, and there was even an adorable puppy there to pet. My hair speaks for itself, finally got that platinum blonde! Thank you guys

Love, love, love Gallery Salon! The staff is outstanding, especially my stylist Diane! From the moment you walk into salon, you are greeted with a smile and how can I help you? The environment is classy and relaxing with so many options/services outside of hair- waxing, facial treatments, spray tanning etc. Look no further, Gallery Salon is the best. One stop shopping!!

Zoe was amazing she did exactly what I was looking for and more all for an extremely fair price!! I went in fully expecting it to cost upward of 100 for the cut alone and was able to get some products and a style for under 100 (not including tip!) I highly recommend the gallery!
