Bed bugs in both beds! Sent video evidence and photos. Reception only offered to change sheets. My friends and I stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment for 7 days and had the best time! The owners truly thought of everything, and it felt so warm and homely. They even provided complimentary wine, a vacuum, laundry detergent, and cheese knives — such thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra comfortable.
