(If I could give zero stars, I would.) One star is too generous for what my family and I have endured living here. I’ve submitted repeated maintenance requests, followed all prep instructions for pest treatments, rearranged my entire life to accommodate their scheduling only to be completely ghosted on the day of a scheduled roach cleanout. I have to leave but not because something wrong with the place but because of my job. Great experience there shout out to Jose the best. Always quick to respond and help. And ask for Jose the assistant manager he will help you for your lease or anything else.
Toured here about 8 months ago. Driving up to the property I was not impressed as I saw several totaled cars in their off street parking where you can tell the people just hit the vehicles and ran off. The staff was nice an accommodating to the fact that I had no scheduled appointment but was still able to tour which was nice however the apartment the had me tour which was their “model” was filled with dead bugs, roaches, dust and dirt.
