I was excited to come tour here however there was no availability. Andrew was really respectful and knowledgeable of the property and made me feel secure about living here. Hopefully I can rent a unit here soon!
Came by to look at apartments with my daughter who will be going to ASU. Andrew was very accommodating and provided insightful information about the property.
I’ve never had a worse renting experience besides the lennox apartments. I will not be renewing my lease, Andrew Mendez the current property manager pressures you into a longer lease. I shouldn’t have leased this apartment for a year, I have to deal with this awful complex for the rest of the year. The Laundry rooms are disgusting! The washers are never cleaned by maintenance, and/or the dryers. You can smell how nasty your clothes are after washing them. They charge 2$ per wash and dry, just for your clothes to be in worse ... read more
Any 5 Star review is absolute false, This apartment complex is absolutely terrible they offer residence incentives to post good reviews, and to then let them know who you are for said incentive. If you are having to force false reviews to seem better than other complexes theres a reason. Maintenance crew and a new property manager every couple months, do they get any better? Absolutely not. We moved in about a month ago, and when I tell you this place just keeps getting better, I mean it. First off - the neighborhood. The Phoenix metro area isn’t really known for being walkable, but this place is an exception. Being able to walk between 2 grocery stores, four coffee shops, and a ton of local restaurants is such a gift.
