Water shut offs and chiller issues have taken its toll on me. Can’t wait until my lease is up. If they just replaced the things that are broken instead of putting bandaids on with “repairs” I’m sure the tenant satisfaction would be much higher. They don’t really seem to care about the tenants here.
Definitely won’t be renewing my contract here. There’s always something wrong. I’ve lived here for 4 years and the ac has never been under 80 degrees. It’s absolute hell when you live in Az and have no working ac. As I type this, the water has been shut off once again and the ac is at 86. The fact that we had to buy 2 fans for each room to feel cooler is not fun. It sucks because it’s located in such a good area but it’s just not livable.
