We had an amazing tour with Jeffery! One of the only guided tours that we had when looking in Orange County, which is super helpful when learning about a new area. Very informative about the community. The grounds were clean as well!
If I could give zero stars I would. Applying here here has been a nightmare. Originally got denied & was ignored after not being told why I was denied by Justin & Jeffrey who said they didn't know why, but they promised me multiple times to call me back with an answer which they never did, so I had to call repeatedly to find out why finally. After moving all our stuff, turns out the places was infested with fleas. They were no help with moving out and didn’t provide and reimbursement. Had to move out right after we moved in and they still reimburse us. HORRIBLE management
Nothing but bad things to say about this place! Units are flea infested and building management refuse to address the issue properly. Their unwillingness to respond and address serious pest issues, or take accountability for the effects on residents left without a safe place to live is a hazard to public health and the wellbeing of the community. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I’m writing this review based on what I have personally witnessed through a close family friend who lives in this community. In my opinion, the way this property management company has handled a long-standing pest issue has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Despite the fact that the pest problem did not originate from my friend’s household—yet affected their home significantly—the response from management has been slow, dismissive, and lacking in accountability.
