The Apple Store at Lenox Square is extremely racist. I came in today to book an appointment for repair /diagnostic on my AirPods. I purchased my AirPods from this same location in June 2020 and I purchased Apple Care. The Apple employee stated that I had to o pay out of pocket expense and he lied and said he was going to book an in store appointment and he only booked a call back! We came to the mall today, and I was disappointed that the nursing rooms and family bathrooms were closed. If the regular bathrooms can be open so can the nursing room...
Men’s Room outside Best Buy looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There was fecal matter on the floor, and one toilet was literally overflowed with toilet paper. You would think during a pandemic sanitation and general cleaning would be top priority.
We went there yesterday and the food court was filthy. The tables were dirty and there was a foul smell. I won’t be coming back. There wasn’t one person cleaning either.
This mall is always too hot or cold inside, half the stores are closed with a sign saying the clerk will be back, and the food court has a nasty fly problem. Keeping the mall closing at 7pm will hopefully force this mall to finally shutter its doors, and maybe it can emerge in the future as a mall that people in NH don’t have to be embarrassed of. If you’re visiting NH, skip this destination.

they could clean the bathroom more. I work with food at concord mills. everyday. the bathroom is trashed.
RecommendedI highly recommend Dr. David Agia for procedures such as root canal/filling. His is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! He is thorough , yet fast and going to the office is always a pleasant and professional experience . He is the best dentist in Philadelphia and always makes you feel like family! I love Dr. Dave!!!
