I edit a newsletter for our community. The Galaxy’s Finest advertising in our newsletter. I had a large area rug and 2 rooms with white carpets cleaned. Jeff did an excellent job. Stains were removed, my area rug glistens and my 25 year old carpets look like new. Drying took about 6 hours. It was safe for my 2 dogs, even when damp. I am very pleased; he was very pleasant. I am having him come back to clean my upholstery and mattress. I recommend his service.
Jeff and Matt are great! They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. I have used them three times and will continue to use them in the future. One time, they helped me solve a pest problem in my carpets and went above and beyond to research and provide additional solutions. Prices are reasonable and their work is fast - they take good care while they are in the house as well. I would recommend them to anyone!
I’ve used Galaxy’s Finest a few times and everting has been fantastic, but recently I had a very stubborn stain on a bedroom carpet. Matt came out three times to treat it to ensure it was completely gone. Fantastic customer service and great work!
