I have used Gainsworth for the past 5 years settling on a number of transactions. I have always found them to be very professional, knowledgable and provide a fantastic service. I would and have, recommended friends and family to all of the services they provide.
Absolutely avoid at all costs! Their company Gainsworth Mortgage & Finance Pty Ltd have an Australian Credit Licence, but have no external dispute resolution membership as required. The fees they have charged my client are horrendous, and the service abysmal. The Australian Financial Complaints Authority have them on their list of firms that are not compliant.
