Living at the Gainsborough has been an absolute nightmare. While the building boasts a “new” gym and social room, they pale in comparison to what other buildings in the area—like the Stantec Tower—offer for less rent. The gym is laughably small, and the amenities don’t even come close to justifying the premium price tag. Any building that puts out not one but TWO idiots with leaf blowers to move snow at 730 am on a Saturday on a block with thousands of residents, deserves one star. Do better.
