Had dinner there nov 30, looked forward to it,but was very disappointed ☹️ small portions and a price fixed menu of $120 pp appy, entree and dessert. I had An average salad, a miniature lobster tail and one fatty short rib, called surf and turf, a small pastry dessert.service was good but ended up costing $320. I will never go back, it’s a ripoff 🥴🥴 ps: bread was excellent
Our weekend get away included dinner at The Gables. Exceptional experience! Food and service was of the highest quality. We're more drawn to Cape May, but for a quick get away this was convenient. Now we found a great place to revisit.
I've heard the Gables is a cozy romantic dinner spot in the heart of Beach Haven. It was packed in the summer as expected so we waited till the offseason (Oct) and made a reservation. You are immediately drawn in simply by the landscaping and the overall setting it resides in. It was to chilly to sit at the outside patio but it was nessled with flowers all around and above with patio lights which makes it an outdoor experiece.
