BUYER BEWARE! Zero quality control! Ordered the Tatami bed frame and 2 nightstands in the maple finish and what showed up was NOTHING like the photos. Every piece of wood was a different, mismatching color! We just wanted what was actually advertised. Predatory return policy. Exchange for store credit only, a 20% restocking fee, and they expect us to pay return shipping. No refunds.
Sales Team made purchase easy and this is the second mattress I am buying from TheFutonShop. First one live upto my expectations with reliability. Thanks to Futon team for making environment friendly, reliable & comfortable matrresses.
Ken was very helpful as we selected our new frame. We appreciated his patience in demonstrating the bed and helping us complete our order. Very positive experience!
