all the guys here are amazing and an inspiration…. The place is great and they really take care of you. I have been here for over a year and I’ve never felt more welcome in an establishment. I’m not really a gym rat but this place is not like any other gym. If you’re looking for fitness and community, this is the place!!
It was a little intimidating going back after not being at the gym for a couple of years. I wasn't sure I keep up with the cardio or handle the strength training. But the trainers here are so welcoming and encouraging that they made it easy to get started. It's been two months and feel stronger, have much more endurance, and I'm doing workouts I never thought I could do before. Each session is engaging, and the nutrition guidance has help me build healthier eating habits. It's been such a positive experience overall.
Best gym ever ! Got me into shape for my police exam. This place taught me everything I need to know about fitness.
An excellent workout space to use during my trip to NY. Anthony is super friendly and responsive. Will definitely be back!
