We bought over $3,000 worth of furniture n had terrible customer service! One certain salesman ruined our experience! Sure wish our couch wouldn't have gotten sold out from under us and wouldn't have taken a month and a half to order! Very depressing!!
I bought a coaster futon for $400 with tax and within 2 months the wood the legs screw into cracked and another leg that had been welded to the plate came off. I was told they would send someone out to look at it but only received a message that they would call back. Overpriced cheep furniture.
