Had a lovely shopping experience at Furniture Gallery Joondalup. The store is beautiful with lots to choose from. We were assisted by Beatrice who was kind and knowledgeable. We collected our items the next day and were assisted by the very helpful and cheerful Jamie, who worked hard to help us lift and arrange our items safely into our vehicles. We looked at several furniture shops in the area and The Furniture Gallery had the best range, great sale prices and wonderful customer service.
Courteous and detailed set up of my medalert watch, making sure I could understand its capabilities I would have no I hesitation in recommending your services and you will be the first place I will go t ot for future needs.

We have spent thousands with them , had purchased a side table on top of everything else we have purchased in the past, the side table was the wrong one, yes our mistake, but trying to return it either for a store credit or refund was just worse than pulling teeth! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Our item was delayed continuously for 4 months, no communication from furniture gallery, we had to call up every time asking where our table is, just to be told it’s been delayed again. We were also not advised when we bought the item that we would have to pick it up in Welshpool which is over an hour drive from where we live and would have altered our decision to buy it.
