Beautiful products, but more importantly - fantastic service. The shop floor staff went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing some chairs in a hurry.
I walked into the Osborne park store today wanting to buy one of their black side table that I had seen online. The store was completely empty and I was the only customer in there. One of the ladies was sitting on the computer onto the right as you walk, and the other three were standing in the middle of the store just talking to each other. After looking at multiple furniture shops for a new Marri TV entertainment unit we kept coming back to The Furniture Gallery in Osborne Park and settled on the Ignacio, what a beautiful piece of furniture and many thanks to the 2 delivery guys on the installation into position. They were not only efficient, but also extremely friendly and helpful.
The most divine furniture with such a variety. Shop carefully as some of the chairs vary in quality and I had to return mine but the service was so exceptional that I "bought" another 2 that were exchanged for the ones that I was unhappy with the quality after a week. The gentleman showed me around the shop while I sat in chair after chair and was so attentive and understanding that I actually bought other items. Great atmosphere, selection and staff. Oh the South African ladies are wonderful!!!!!
Hi guys just a quick message to say I have enjoyed my last visit at the Osborne park furniture gallery, Goran is an absolute legend always helps me to buy tue right stuff. I also want to say that the delivery was the best experience I ever had the team was very polite and organised, they built everything and clean everything up, I cannot fault this team at Osborne Park Furniture Gallery and Goran is the guy for all Furniture advices.
