Unfortunately my furniture wasn’t what I expected. The buffet unit is two different whites. The drawers are vivid white and the rest of the unit is a grey compared to the body of the unit. Jess was not helpful at all and really didn’t seem to care about what my issue was. She was willing to fix it at an extra cost to me of $590 after paying $3788 for an unsatisfactory job. Do not use this company. I have reported this company to Fair Trading.

the work they did was quite good, however, don't bother getting a quote as they make up the prices as they go. We spent a number of phone call negotiating a price and then went ahead as we were happy with the price. After the work was complete, they then billed us (prior to delivery and installation) $300 more than what was quoted. Their comeback was that it was listed in the fine print. This has probably been the worst ever company I have dealt with. Painting was quick and on budget, damage to a piece of furniture then promised repair for close to 4 months then communication stopped. Jessica blamed everything on everyone else promised full repair and delivered nothing So disappointing
