Staff never opens at the time stated on the window. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The owner does not care about what the customer has to say nor does he care about fixing any issues the customer has. Although the furniture is nice I prefer quality to customer service. The store owners only care about how much money they can get in their pocket. None of the problems I had purchasing furniture was fixed. Horrible service in all areas.

Ordered a couch from here was told it would be at my house yesterday between 3-5 never came never heard from anyone contacted acima the leasing company and was told that it shows as delivered have tried calling the store nobody answers I also had put $500 down and have not heard a thing regarding where my couch is. I am highly impressed with here, mainly because of Katya the saleswoman. I don't bother writing reviews unless I get stellar service (or terrible). Katya hit ALL the checkboxes. So much so she earned a tip from us. We went to the Worcester location. It's only recently moved from down the street I think, so they're still setting things up, but regardless Katya worked with first my husband on one day (for hours with no pressure), then again with my for another long period.
