Be careful with brookah, theses guys they over charged me $500 and didn't gave me my invoice just a hand wrote paper and when I said return it they refuse to do it never go there
Great delivery exceptional job well done. Carlos and his partner went above and beyond to get my couch into my apartment on the second floor and when it would not fit through my door he called for backup and ended up bringing my couch through the balcony. I am very impressed with Carlos and his friend I write them five stars 🤩
Staff never opens at the time stated on the window. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The owner does not care about what the customer has to say nor does he care about fixing any issues the customer has. Although the furniture is nice I prefer quality to customer service. The store owners only care about how much money they can get in their pocket. None of the problems I had purchasing furniture was fixed. Horrible service in all areas.
