Horrible Service. We paid full amount when we booked ($5600). Still bed not done from this shop . After 3 months following we got bed frames. They came to drop bed frames and said we needed more people because it’s heavy bed frames and we will come next Wednesday.after one week I did not get any answers from them.no response.even I called people who came to dropped frames.they don’t give any answer. Francis did a wonderful job installing the rails and the thick curtains of our windows, which was much more complex than I originally thought. He was patient, paid attention to details and very professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing curtain installation.
