Called Friday morning to inquire about a noise coming from our 17-year-old furnace. Kevin arrived the same day to diagnose the issue. We were warned that our furnace needed replacing. By Saturday afternoon at 2:30 our new furnace and smart thermostat were up and running. The team was professional, friendly, immaculate (laid out runners on both main level and in basement, removed old furnace and all garbage) and even gave us a good price. The Furnace Room has installed both A/C and Furnace for me years ago, therefore when I found out my water heater was leaking two days ago, I called them right away . The technician came to check and found it was the water tank performance problem which we can claim a new replacement tank under the manufacture's warranty. **Avoid Avoid Avoid** Avoid FURNACE Room at all costs! Our purchase was from HOME DEPOT, and we got scammed . For over a year, we've dealt with a nightmare of faulty HVAC equipment and incompetent service. Despite multiple visits, the unit continues to make unbearable noise, disrupting our neighborhood. Incorrect installation and Terrible service. We have been trying to get hold of this company since 2023 to fix their faulty installation to a brand new AC and Furnace. They keep giving the runaround. Their team spoke no English, and were overly aggressive to complete what was a shady job. Escalating to BBB and Home Depot. They among not be in business with such awful service.
