几年前家里暖气炉坏了，想着给自己同胞一点生意做，所以没去Costco、Home Depot, 而是在51上找了这个dealer 安装新锅炉. 后来才发现价格高被宰了，而且Carrier的锅炉召回率最高，召回产品覆盖几乎所有系列和型号. 安装的时候还把室外进气管和出气管方向装反了，导致进气困难暖炉罢工. 现在锅炉又坏了，还在保修期内，打电话过去，检查费、维修费要天价，而且态度极端恶劣，他们怕是穷疯了. 亲身经历告诉大家，避雷这家dealer.
Let the games begin.They installed a Furnace and AC unit Tuesday.I bought a new thermostat and the crew were in such a rush they didn't get the system working correctly. The fan runs non stop without Ac or Furnace.The Furnace goes beyond the set point (doesn't stop) on the thermostat. They installed a large copper AC line in front of a new door opening! Called Friday morning to inquire about a noise coming from our 17-year-old furnace. Kevin arrived the same day to diagnose the issue. We were warned that our furnace needed replacing. By Saturday afternoon at 2:30 our new furnace and smart thermostat were up and running. The team was professional, friendly, immaculate (laid out runners on both main level and in basement, removed old furnace and all garbage) and even gave us a good price. The Furnace Room has installed both A/C and Furnace for me years ago, therefore when I found out my water heater was leaking two days ago, I called them right away . The technician came to check and found it was the water tank performance problem which we can claim a new replacement tank under the manufacture's warranty.
