Imagine waking up at 2:30 in February on Sunday to see your own breath because your furnace stopped working. Too early to call a HVAC company so I fired up a propane heater and waited till 7am. I called 4 companies and The furnace guy was the only one that answered and fixed my furnace as well. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, he cares....

Mark came out today (Saturday at 3:00) to install our Ecobee thermostat. He was timely, efficient, very personable and affordable. He not only installed it, but explained to us how to use it. He also talked about how to make our system more efficient. Mark is very experienced and took time to explain some things about our AC, hot water heater maintenance and duct cleaning. We were so impressed that we signed on for a 3 year maintenance plan! We highly recommend the FURNACE GUY!

Thanks to Mark and Dennis! Great company and service. Came out to our house late for a simple but time sensitive call. Owner and his apprentice are both great guys, and very knowledgeable. Fixed and explained the issue almost immediately. Couldn’t recommend them enough for maple park residents and the surrounding area.
