We care for my 88 year old mom in her home that she and my dad have shared for over 50 years. When the temperature dropped, the house got cold pretty quickly and my mom gets chilled easily. I called around and had a hard time finding anyone that had the knowledge or desire to work on this original furnace. In fact some rudely told me we just needed to replace it. I have been using Mark The Furnace Guy for the past few years now. He's a local small business owner. Very knowledgeable and likeable guy. He is very reasonably priced as well! My AC stopped cooling yesterday around 5:00 yesterday. I got in touch with Mark and he contacted me within an hour and said he was doing a service call on Lincoln Highway and could come check it out after that service call. Mark and his apprentice Ryan are true professionals. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and respectful. Revived my old A/C condenser to like-new after years of neglect.
