I am very grieved with my experience. I dropped my dog off at 9:40 for his 10:00am appointment. I kept calling after 1 as I was wondering why it was taking so long. I was told he is being groomed now, should be soon. Waited, waited, called again getting close to 4:00pm now. Go up, he ran out of there, starred at me the whole way home as if he was scared to take me out of his sight. I did not even realize his $60.00 Soresto flea collar was not on him.
