Glad to be here for just over a year! I’ve gained a lot more confidence in movements I never thought I’d be able to do! Great gym with an awesome team environment. The coaches I train with, Jeremy, Jordan, Molly, Monika and Tom are knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help without making you feel pressured. Everyone is welcoming, there’s no ego, just a supportive place to train and improve. Highly recommend.
World class coaching & programming! Fantastic facility with everything you need to train and recover. Beautiful atmosphere with a warm, friendly team of staff, whose energy flows into the members, giving more of a family feel, than just a group of fitness fanatics. This gym caters for all age groups with great coaching staff who become friends and go the extra mile to ensure everyone's fitness is paramount, great gear and always improving equipment and all patrs of the gym including the sauna and freeze bath room keep up the good work
This hideous gymnasium has so much noise and no regard for the residential properties surrounding it. The people who work there are arrogant, rude and disrespectful when asked to turn their crap music down. We are now at the stage of involving the police.
