My toddler had a blast. We went when there weren't too many people, so he had the place to himself and 3 other kids and had the best time. We'll most likely go again.
Was there recently to celebrate my grandchildren's birthday. It's wonderful for children of varying ages. Couple of complaints I have is: The one girl at the front desk was absolutely awful. Sat on her phone the whole time. Never offered to help one bit. The second girl was fantastic and very helpful. Other complaint I have it there are two party rooms.
