The website clearly says new location is open but when I arrived, a lady was parked with kids in the car and the door was locked. It was dark with no signs of life.
The toddler section is extremely sad. The pictures on the website reflect the old location, and is not comparable.
This place is trying to do too much in a small place. It is not an enjoyable experience. Extremely crowded, noisy, and no staff engaging the children. It's like Lord of the Flies except there's video games. If we're ever in the area with our grandson or neices again we'll be going to the park instead. The kids already have enough screens in their lives and there's no reason to have to try and teach them how to surreptitiously grab time on a padded mat overrun with kids. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I originally bought my tickets at the beginning of April and we showed up to the old location - there were no signs saying it was open and it looked like the entire building was under construction. I paid over 60$ in tickets/socks so I emailed customer support and asked for a refund. I got an email back saying they were partially open and that each kid would get a $10 arcade card when we decided to come. It had to move but we found it and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything wasn't ready but we still had a good time!
