UPDATE: The owner made things right and was extremely apologetic and accommodating. Thankful this was worked out and we can continue to enjoy the fun factory! Original: Booked a birthday party over a month in advance and was notified 6 day before that they could not host it due to moving. They only had previously called one time on January 1st and did not leave this major detail in the voicemail left. Never answered when I called back multiple times. Haven't even gotten to come yet and never will except to get my refund. Let me tell y'all why. I scheduled my sons birthday party last year for here and something came up and we couldn't come. I went ahead and just scheduled it for the same date this year. Which is actually tomorrow. Well, about two months ago, I called just to confirm they still had my reservation, which they did. We love the fun factory! This is hands down the best play place for kids I’ve visited on the entire east coast.
