Pure incompetence. Plain and simple.
I had a great experience working with Jesse Sadacofski ( I’m sure I spelled that incorrectly) on my senior homestead exemption. I felt that he went far and above to keep me informed of my application and the result of my request. He needs a raise !
I spoke with a gentleman this morning who so help from a more knowledgeable person(older female) who was rude and hung up in my face when I asked to many questions. She didn't identify herself. The young man was polite and showed a lot of patience.
I had a great conversation with the Fulton County Assessors office and since people mostly post when they've had a bad experience, I wanted to note that in one conversation I had before Christmas and another today, the staff has been very helpful and very detailed in helping us figure out our inaccurate tax assessment bill. I spoke with "Vanessa" today (and sorry that I didn't get the name of the other women) and she was on it!
