Terrible customer service all around.
I've called this office twice and consistently run into bad attitudes when asking for help. The simplest questions seem to frustrate the representatives and they almost lead with the assumption that their customers have a wealth of knowledge on the inner workings of their systems. Their frustration with having to explain how simple processes work only lead to condescension and unpleasant exchanges.
The service they use to buy tax bills is inflated where is the control, or is the city of Georgia just concerned about their cash flow and not that of the citizens of Atlanta?
It’s a disgraced. Employee is unwilling to help. I have a business property tax issue with duplicate parcel id for the same location. What a waste of my tax money.
