Jimmie is an awesome person. He troubleshot and found a fix for my AC issues . What a great experience talking to someone local that actually cared to take the time and be nice enough to help , Highly recommend and will use again from now on .

I would definitely recommend! Jimmie came out to our location very promptly and helped solve our problem. The BAL leveling jack system stopped working on our 2017 Jayco Eagle and he checked everything out thoroughly and figured out what the problem was. We were having trouble with the touchpad. We will order a new one but he was able to help us get back on the road again. Thank you Jimmie for great service at a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling you again next time.

Jimmie was quick to respond to my call. Scheduled the repair visit but was kind enough contact me to reschedule due the to weather taking a turn. Arrived right on time and is extremely knowledge about RV's and their issues. Has the right tools and supplies to do the job right. Very satisfied with him and his service. You cannot go wrong having Jimmie work on your RV. Thank you for taking care of our trailer's needs. You are who we use for all of the repairs we cannot handle ourselves. Chris

Had the water heater go out over the past weekend. Call Mr. Randall came out the next day. Mr. Randall diagnosed the problems, had spare parts on hand and had me up and running within an hour. Highly Recommended. Have any problems call MR. Randall
