I called to see if they had my size and couldn't get a straight answer. She kept offering me 2 sizes below my size that I have been sized by them. You would think that a speciality bra shop would carry a wide variety of sizes, but think again. Don't risk buying a horrible fitting bra for a ton of money here. Take your business elsewhere.

I have been going there for a few years. They are always willing to help and the bras are wonderful. If they don't have what I want they will try their best to get it.
They are great here. Everything is very personal. And you don't have to wait at all.
Updating my review because I came back to The Full Cup after a fantastic fitting for a nursing bra last year. The staff are amazing and they have a great selection, and I had another great fitting. I lost some weight and needed a regular bra and a sports bra. I had to bring a clingy 15-month-old with me, and she worked around her and I left very happy with 2 new, supportive bras! Even though I live in NC, this is the only shop I will ever go to when I am in town! I highly recommend them.

Fist time there was great, second visit when I questioned the fit of my bra was not. She was very rude and abrasive and I'm still not sure if my $130 investment fits right as she gave me no reason why I have an extender on the bra instead of a bra that is my correct size. I would have been willing to wait but she simply said the next size would be too big. Won't go back.

I love the service, however the last few times I have been there they have nothing in stock. I felt as though my time was wasted they kept bringing me the wrong size bra to try on because they did not have any of my size in stock. I don't want to wait 8 weeks or more for a bra I really want. Especially when it can be ordered online and in your hands in three days direct from the manufacturer.

I love The Full Cup!!!! The Ladies are wonderful and helped me find the correct bra. My first experience was back in December. And, I had my second experience in February 2017. The Ladies and customer service was still wonderful. I will continue to go there. The level of experience is wonderful and they fitted me perfectly. I just love The Full Cup.
My first experience was a great one but my second was not. I had to wait for 3 months for my sized bra to come in and once it did I was not properly notified once it arrived. My bras that I have been waiting for were sold to someone else. The store said they called me to notify me of the arrival and they may have but I never received a message and/or email.
