I had wonderful experience with Calley. Perfect start to the day. Highly recommend.
I’m so glad I found Calley’s morning yoga session. This was exactly what I needed to quiet my mind and melt away the tension from daily life to really fully enjoy my time here on the island. Super relaxing, and in such a gorgeous setting. It’s impossible to not be present and enjoy every moment of the session. Calley has a unique mix of movement and knowledge that she shares, this is definitely on the more chill side for yoga, good for any age or ability.
We absolutely loved our beach elixir with Calley. Originally, this was my idea of how to unwind from long flights across the country. But also I hoped it would be deeply and spiritually grounding. Calley didn’t disappoint. The scenic waves coming in and out paired with her stimulating and relaxing guidance made for a soul filled experience on our first day on the island.
