We were at the Wisconsin Dell's location and it was fantastic! The fudge Turner Ed was great and kept my 3 year old entertained the whole time which is a huge feat by itself!
Went to the Seattle Premium Outlet/Tulalip location - worst customer service ever! Employees were rude, unprofessional, and it took forever just to get 2 coffees & some fudge. I ordered a small vanilla coffee, it was awful. Had way too much vanilla syrup & was undrinkable. Did not have lids for coffee cups. Fudge was nasty, had a horrible taste - guessing the nuts were moldy or something? Could not eat it. What a waste of money & it was not cheap. Very disappointed.
Went to the location in mrytle beach. Fudge was terrible. Very dry and hard. Felt ripped off since I spent $45. Fudge isn't cheap and this stuff isn't worth the money. Pennsylvania fudge company is so much better... they make real fudge!
We had ice cream at the tanger outlet location. It was good however I was very alarmed that the employees could not tell me if a particular ice cream had peanuts in it! That is unacceptable! Allergies are life threatening and your employees should know what's in your products. They were nice ladies but I was not impressed that they couldn't answer a simple question!
Great customer service experience in addition to tasty fudge, candied pecans & milkshakes
I love peanut butter fudge but recently bought a slice while on vacation. Taste was good, but hard and crumbly. When cut into it would just break apart into small pieces. I thought fudge was suppose to be creamy! Wished I would have bought from a different store.
Absolutely the best fudge ever!!!will be eating it quite often now that we live closer to several locations here in Myrtle Beach!
