I've had Frontier Power for nearly 20 years at multiple locations in Coshocton County. There line techs, customer service, propane delivery and billing are outstanding !!! While outages happen during extreme weather they have been professional, courteous, and have reacted quickly to resolve these infrequent issues quickly. AAA+
2 stars for previous reliable service over the years. However after a terrible storm about 2yrs ago, Jefferson township is pretty much guaranteed to lose power if it's gonna rain or be windy. If it's a bad storm we have an extremely small chance of having power back within 12-18hrs anymore it seems. All this info is based on their own outage maps. Generators shouldn't need purchased specifically because we live in the wrong part of the coverage area. We are always the last ones to get fixed and I find it hard to believe that... read more
First the actual price to install a post on my property was 500 dollars more than what I was told the day the guy inspected the site. Then I was told that if I came in paid and signed the paperwork that my pole could be installed that week. It wasn't. Now I am being told that it will probably be installed this week.
The line tech's fixed our power in a quick manner considering what all the poor guys had to do BEFORE us . We appreciate them . This is a really reliable company we've had for many years . We are thankful to have our power back .THANK YOU ,LOTS OF HOURS OUT THERE , WE UNDERSTAND .STAY HEALTHY!!!!
