I came to the Frock looking for a specific dress that they had and ended up falling in love with something completely different. Madison was extremely thorough and helped curate a vision I didn’t even know I had. She listened to my feedback on each gown and ended up asking to see my Pinterest and analyzed my jewelry choices to piece together the perfect dress for our special day. Highly recommend Madison and her team at The Frock Bridal!
Being able to stay local for finding a wedding dress was amazing! Madison is the best person for this process as she is kind, friendly, communicative, very knowledgeable, and helpful in every way with zero pressure! Our group of six plus the bride had such a fun time at the shop and having it all to ourselves for the two hour appointment was absolutely perfect! The decor is adorable and everything was such a great experience. I highly recommend in every way and we found the frock!!
I'm sharing this review super late, but I went shopping here back in March with my mom. Our experience with Madison was excellent. I would recommend booking an appointment at the Frock to anyone. Madison was attentive and kind but not pushy. I felt very comfortable and my mom had a great time too.
Madison was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From booking the appointment and completing the bridal intake form to the day of the appointment and all communication in between, she was poised, welcoming, knowledgeable, upbeat, and truly customer-focused. Her shop is stunning, and she curates a beautiful selection of designers. Madison went above and beyond to make the experience special—a memory my mom and I will cherish forever.
