Excellent medical care by knowledgeable, caring, professional healthcare providers in an immaculate, comfortable setting. My experience with them spans more than 25 years.
I am a long time patient of Dr. Rigtrup and Connie his primary Nurse. They are always accommodating to my questions and my involvement in my treatment. Excellent practice.
My experience with Dr. Neely, her nurses and staff have been wonderful over the years. They are all polite and genuinely interested that we have a good experience there. The phlebotomists never seem really happy to have patient interaction. Other than that, I would highly rate this practice and highly recommend.
I am so thankful that I have Dr. McKechnie as my PCP. I have honestly lost count on how many years I’ve been seeing him. At least 22 years. He & Damaris are family to me. Going to the Brentwood location (Frist Clinic) to see Dr. McKechnie is so much more convenient than going downtown. The only thing lacking is Valet. I am hopeful that that will happen in the near future.
