Kim is the BEST. She truly listens to her clients and will give her honest opinion .She ALWAYS works for the BEST interest of her clients. And most of all she is the most personable and friendly Cosmetologist I have ever met. I'm from Portsmouth and it's always worth the drive to Jackson to see her.
