René Fugaro very rude person, she didn’t honor the Groupon deal, I was either around 7 years ago and she made me pay the regular price since she didn’t want to accept my Groupon. Today she said it is just for new customers which I believe after 7 years I can be considered a new client, she refused to accept my Groupon. The fine print says you can have a new Groupon after 365 days. I believe she doesn’t need to sell any service through Groupon since she don’t honor the deals. Don’t go there.
My first appointment with Rene was great. Great color and cut. She exceeded my expectations.
The entrance is in the back. Go towards the left side of the building to easily find it. If you park in back on the right side, then just follow the signs downstairs. I had purchased a Groupon from Rene for highlights and a haircut. I love my haircut. She cut it exactly how I wanted. I've gotten a lot of compliments already. The salon is pretty I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere.
I went in to get a cut and color with Renee. My daughter is getting married in two days and I asked for long layers and 1 1/2 to 2 inches cut off. She cut between six and 8 inches off with no layering and no angling like she said she would do. She also wanted to still charge me the extra money to dye my hair if it had been longer, even though she just cut all the length off.
