My first visit to a Friendly Toast was … not good. The decor and the person who greeted me reminded me of a TGI Friday’s from the 1980s. I ordered a classic breakfast with eggs, sausage, home fries and toast, with coffee. I received the meal in less than five minutes. The home fries were cold and not crispy.
