food was great the first time. second time we got on the waitlist at 10:30. arrived at 10:45. wait said 11-26 minutes, so we assumed it would be ready while we were there. hostess said 10-15 more minutes. 15 minutes goes by and the manager tells me it’ll be 25 more minutes. i ask since we were on the waitlist we should be ahead and he says the the party has to be present to be accounted for. i ask how long the wait would be again, and he says 38-40 minute wait. then changes his answer back to 20 minutes. was disrespectful th... read more
We visited in a weekday- it was busy however there was no wait. The ambience is very eclectic, very Boston! Our server was very friendly, efficient, and prompt! The food was delicious! Breakfast burritos and blueberry pancakes drizzled with yummy maple syrup in an individual miniature bottle that seemed to be a shame to throw away so I saved it for future recycling as a bud vase!
I ordered the "Dulce Iced Coffee Milk" which is described on the menu as "Dulce de leche & iced coffee, shaken and served." As someone who manages lactose intolerance, I chose this specifically because authentic dulce de leche undergoes a long simmering process that breaks down lactose—unlike standard dairy or condensed milk. Monster Breakfast not worth the price. I ordered for pickup and did not receive the sausages I had ordered and how are these considered home fries?! Disappointed to say the least.
